Hi Everyone! I’m Percy,
I joined Marc and Angela in early 2023 when they went to Antarctica and they tried to help me find my family.
When I couldn’t find them I realized that I could do other things like travel the world with Marc and Angela instead. Sweet Deal!
Then I became their ambassador for sustainable travel and a permanent part of the Gin & Tonic Travel Team. Go Team!
I wanted to do something special for the kids out there who follow my travels, so here is a contest for you. There are a few rules though….
Percy’s Travels Contest!
Percy loves to share the knowledge he gains while travelling, so he’s decided to give away books from the countries he visits. He has three books from his last trip, two from Greece and one from Türkiye.
The rules to enter are:
1. Have your child or grandchild write a story about the photo shown below. If they cannot write, have them draw a picture of what they think will happen next. 2. Email your child’s entry to percy@ginandtonictravel and please include your child’s name, age and your mailing address.

4. We will do a random draw from all entries for each age category.
The age categories are:
-age 3-6
-age 7-10
-age 11-16
5. The winners will be announced on Percy’s Travels Facebook Page on May 15th,2024. The only details of the winner that will be shared are their first name and age. All other identifying information will be kept confidential.
6. By entering your child’s story or drawing, you certify that you are the child’s parent or guardian and/or you have the parent’s permission to enter.
7. There will be no cash in lieu or any kind of exchange. The prizes are as shown below, and are what the winners will receive.
8. The contest runs from April 15,2024 to May 14, 2024. The draw will take place on May 15,2024. All winners will be notified by email by May 16,2024. The prizes will automatically be mailed out on May 17, 2024 so please be sure to include your mailing address with your entry (see #2).
