Service Fees

At Gin & Tonic Travel, our service fees reflect the care, expertise, and personalized attention we bring to every trip we plan. When you work with us, you're not just booking a trip—you’re gaining a dedicated partner who treats your travel experience as if it were our own. From the moment we start planning to the time you return home, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Whether it's designing a custom itinerary, managing your flight arrangements, or navigating unexpected changes, our team is committed to making sure your journey is seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

Service Fees:

  • Planning Fee: $75.00 per person
  • Family Rate: $200.00
  • Airline Ticketing Fee: $50.00 per ticket
  • Changes and Cancellations: $100.00 per person, per component
  • Large groups and Corporate: Please contact us for details.
  • All fees are non-refundable and subject to HST.  We reserve the right to waive or adjust fees where appropriate.
Gin & Tonic Travel Were Amazing

Marc Geuzinge and Angela Jeffreys-Geuzinge travel agents of Gin and Tonic Travel, were amazing for assisting us with our Trip to London/ Rome & Italy. We were nervous about travelling overseas but they made the process easy. Everything from Booking Italy cruise, hotels, flights, welcome pickups, taxis, excursion tickets, transfers to airport and made sure all our questions were addressed and my i’s were dotted and my T’s crossed. All their efforts made us comfortable about leaving NS. WE even adventured on our own in Barcelona and it was seamless. So again we are very THANKFUL for ALL they did to make our trip unforgettable. Thank you for the cmplimentary Wine/ Champagne and cheese too😉!!
