Built with natural materials that blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, each cabin provides an authentic northern experience while ensuring the comfort of home.
Wood-burning stoves, handcrafted furnishings, and panoramic views create a welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to relax and unwind. Nestled along the lakeshore and surrounded by untouched boreal forest, the lodge and its cabins bring guests close to nature in a serene setting, where the only sounds are those of wind in the trees and wildlife nearby.

Lodge Rooms
Staying in the main lodge at Blachford offers guests the convenience of easy access to shared amenities, such as the cozy dining room, library, and lounge areas with stunning lake views. Each room in the lodge combines rustic comfort with northern charm, allowing guests to relax in a warm, welcoming atmosphere without stepping far from the heart of the lodge’s communal spaces and friendly gatherings.

We have 3 lodge rooms with private full ensuite facilities (shower, toilet, sink), and 3 lodge rooms with shared facilities (steps from the room’s doorstep – these lodge rooms are 20% off the listed accommodation rate package whilst shared). We will be renovating these three rooms to add ensuite facilities in late 2025
